The snippet code serves to import Power Apps controls/components to Figma.
How to import YAML snippet?
Open your Power Apps application in builder, select your component/control, make a right mouse click, and choose “View Code.“
Then, a YAML source code for a selected control will be shown.
You can copy it to the clipboard and paste it to the DesignKit plugin with particular X and Y positions.
On the screen, you can see a “TABLET“ toggle. This control is useful when you paste a whole screen from the tablet layout. Then, the imported control will be resized to a tablet layout in Figma.
View Port
The plugin will scroll and view the imported control when importing YAML Code from Power Apps.
In other words, if you stay on 0 X,0 Y positions and paste YAML code with 1000 X,1000 Y positions, thanks to this feature, you will be scrolled to the imported component.
