Power Apps for Figma plugin has 2 versions. The FREE version is completely free and available here. For the PRO version, you need to buy a license through the 3rd party payment system.
Where to buy the PRO version
You can order the PRO version monthly or yearly. There is no trial version. Payment is secured via the Stripe payment system.

To order PRO version you need to put your Figma User ID. If you open the plugin in your Figma file, go to Settings tab, you will see the FUID, like in presented picture below.
Copy the FUID to clipboard through the COPY button and paste it in order form in Stripe link, mentioned upper.
